Resources & Services
WCA has grown into a multi-service organization supporting the stability and growth of individuals in North Central Philadelphia through a full complement of services that fall within four general areas:
1. Early Childhood Education: Prepares the community’s 0-5 population to enter school ready to learn and thrive to their maximum potential.
2. Youth Development: Provides a full continuum of programs and opportunities to ensure school-age and older youth have social, emotional and educational support and guidance, as well as leadership and self-discovery opportunities.
3. Parents and Caregivers: Offers programs and community activities, directly and in collaboration with other agencies, to provide parents, foster parents and relative caregivers with the support, information and ongoing guidance they need to raise their children.
4. Community Partnerships: Provides all residents with ongoing opportunities to share feedback on program effectiveness, identify critical issues as they arise, and advise on the design of special initiatives to address them.
