WCA Relocates to New Facility
 
   
After decades of operating from its historic North Philadelphia location at 1610 North Broad Street, near Temple University’s campus, WCA relocated in February 2001 to a newly constructed headquarters facility located at 1722-42 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, three blocks west of its former location.  WCA’s new headquarters will house its administrative offices and provide additional space to accommodate an increase in services and programs for children and families.
