WCA’s provides comprehensive adoption services to natural families, children from birth to age 18, and persons interested in enlarging their family through adoption.  Support services include pre-adoption workshops for prospective adoptive parents, home study materials to assist families in learning about the realities of parenting through adoption, pre-placement orientation and other assessments to determine the prospective parent’s ability to meet the child’s needs.

WCA’s adoption services program is recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare as a model approach.
