SCOH
provides case management, and in-home services
to families with children, birth to age 18,
who are at risk of being removed from the home
because of abuse and/or neglect. The goal of
SCOH is family preservation. Social workers
coordinate intervention and interaction activities
including parent-child-sibling relationship
counseling,
HIV/AIDS, drug and alcohol addiction
education,
parenting assessment, health maintenance
education, home management classes, and linkages
to services and programs offered through WCA
program components:
