The
Women's Christian Alliance is committed to making
comprehensive health and welfare coverage available
to all eligible employees, the following coverage
is being offered to the Agency employees:
Medical
- Keystone Health Plan East HMO and Point of
Service, Independence Blue Cross Personal Choice.
Dental
- Delta Dental of Pennsylvania and United Concordia
Plus Dental.
Unum
Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment
and an Education Benefit for dependent child(ren),
Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability,
Cancer Assistance Insurance and an Employee
Assistance Program.
WCA
pays 100% of the single premium for Keystone
HMO. The Agency also pays for most of the coverage
for Keystone Point of Service and Personal Choice.
Employees pay a small portion of these costs
through payroll deduction.
